About MVF
MVF connects customers with the brands they’re ready to buy from. Since 2009 we’ve grown from London into a global media and marketing business, combining our own media brands, first-party data and machine-learning optimisation to drive more than $1bn in new revenue for our clients every year. Our B2B demand generation business helps technology and B2B brands create, capture and convert demand. Clients pay for qualified intent, and we measure ourselves on the revenue they close. Brands such as Salesforce, monday.com, Toast and Samsara trust us to fill their pipelines, and we continue to scale fast.
What you’ll do
- Win enterprise new business: Land net-new strategic and enterprise clients across EMEA and US, opening relationships with B2B brands that have never worked with MVF before.
- Build your own pipeline: Create opportunities through account research, targeted outbound, networking, events and referrals. We give you target account lists by industry; how you break in is up to you.
- Plan for complex accounts: Build multi-threaded account strategies that map the buying committee, the budget holders and the path to a signed deal.
- Sell at the top table: Engage Directors, VPs and C-level leaders across marketing, demand generation, growth and sales, the people accountable for pipeline and revenue.
- Sell outcomes, not impressions: Uncover each client’s pipeline targets, ICP and cost-per-acquisition economics, and shape content syndication (MQL) and intent-led programmes that move those numbers.
- Lead complex deals to close: Run deals from discovery and solution design through commercial negotiation, legal, procurement and signature.
- Land and expand: Once you win an account, grow it: new products, regions, business units and audiences, turning first campaigns into always-on, multi-year partnerships.
- Deliver the number: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, backed by an accurate forecast and a clean CRM.
- Partner across MVF: Work hand in hand with our campaign delivery, data, media, marketing and client success teams so enterprise clients get a seamless experience from signature to results.
- Bring market insight: Share what you’re hearing on B2B marketing, ABM, intent data, AI and the wider tech landscape, internally with our leadership and externally with clients.
What we’re looking for
- 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in media, marketing, advertising, demand generation, content syndication, lead generation, SaaS or technology.
- A proven record of winning net-new mid-market and enterprise business, not just growing accounts you inherited.
- Consistent quota attainment, with the numbers to show it.
- Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end to end, including procurement and contract negotiation.
- Confidence and credibility selling to VP and C-level buyers.
- Strong account planning, consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient and accountable, with the discipline to perform while working remotely.
- A collaborative operator who brings internal teams with them while owning their number.
Bonus points
- Knowledge of B2B demand generation, content syndication, ABM, intent data or performance marketing.
- An established senior network in the UK and/or US B2B technology market.
- Experience selling into one of our core verticals, such as fleet and telematics, HR and payroll, payments, or B2B SaaS.
- Experience negotiating outcome-based or performance-based commercial models.
What we’re offering you
- Summer Fridays (early finish on a Friday during the summer months)
