You’ll meet different members of the Native team for each of your sessions, ensuring you get up-to-speed and meet the team you’ll be working with at the same time!We believe doing is the best way of learning, so you’ll get hands-on experience managing campaigns from the very beginning.Day-to-day, you will design, create and manage high-performance ad campaigns across our core Native channels (including: Taboola, Outbrain, Mediago, and the Microsoft Audience Network) for the B2C RoW division. You’ll be responsible for achieving campaign targets and working alongside the Marketing and Commercial Strategy team to set strategy for your portfolio.As someone with prior paid marketing experience, you’ll build upon your analytical skills as well as fine-tune your eye for turning insight into commercial action. We have a strong culture of creativity, too: you’ll be able (and encouraged!) to try out almost any creative idea you can think of. We also have our own in-house creative services department, to support in bringing your more complex ideas to fruition.Working alongside MVF’s world-class Native Advertising team of Executives, Managers and Specialists, you’ll gain incredible insights into campaign execution, strategy and emerging trends, taking your campaign management skills to the next level.Responsibilities:Campaign management: Running Native Advertising campaigns; building successful marketing campaigns from scratch, including engaging ad copy or creative, relevant audience targeting and long-form copy writing on advertorials.Strong analytical & numerical skills: Using a variety of data sources to analyze ad performance data, e.g Click Through Rate, Conversion Rate, and how they impact revenue and profit.
