Are you a commercially driven salesperson who loves opening doors, building relationships and winning new business? We’re hiring an Account Executive to join our growing Demand Gen sales team. This is a hunter role for someone energised by prospecting, creating opportunities from scratch and turning conversations into revenue. You’ll win new clients across EMEA and the US, selling MVF’s content syndication (MQLs) and intent-led programmes to marketing and demand gen leaders at B2B brands. You’ll also build strong relationships and grow the accounts you land.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first conversation through negotiation, close and account growth. If you’re ambitious, resilient and love the thrill of winning, we’d like to meet you.

About MVF: MVF connects customers with the brands they’re ready to buy from. Since 2009 we’ve grown from London into a global media and marketing business, combining our own media brands, first-party data and machine-learning optimisation to drive more than $1bn in new revenue for our clients every year. Our B2B demand generation business helps technology and B2B brands create, capture and convert demand. Clients pay for qualified intent, and we measure ourselves on the revenue they close. Brands such as Salesforce, monday.com, Toast and Samsara trust us to fill their pipelines, and we continue to scale fast.

What you’ll do:

  • Hunt for new business: Identify, prospect and open conversations with B2B brands across EMEA and the US, building a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound rather than waiting for inbound.
  • Own the full sales cycle: Take opportunities from first outreach and discovery through proposal, commercial negotiation and close.
  • Create your own opportunities: Research target accounts, map the buying committee and find creative ways in.
  • Build senior relationships: Become a trusted partner to Heads of Demand Gen, Growth and Marketing, CMOs and sales leaders.
  • Sell outcomes, not impressions: Uncover each client’s pipeline goals, ICP and cost-per-lead economics, and shape MQL, content syndication and intent-led programmes that hit them.
  • Drive revenue growth: Consistently hit and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Turn campaigns into programmes: Grow existing accounts by expanding into new products, regions and audiences.
  • Run a disciplined pipeline: Keep forecasting accurate and your CRM clean, with a sharp focus on conversion, deal velocity and revenue.
  • Partner across MVF: Work hand in hand with our campaign delivery, data, media and client success teams.
  • Stay commercially curious: Keep ahead of trends in B2B marketing, demand gen, ABM, intent data and AI.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in media, marketing, advertising, demand generation, content syndication, lead generation, SaaS or a related environment.
  • A proven hunter mentality: you enjoy prospecting, cold outreach and creating opportunities.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and consistently delivering revenue.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Strong commercial and consultative selling skills.
  • Confidence in engaging senior decision-makers and navigating multiple stakeholders.
  • Resilience and persistence: you’re comfortable hearing “no” and finding another way in.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and organised, with the discipline to perform while working remotely.
  • A team player who collaborates well internally while taking full ownership of their number.

Bonus points:

  • Knowledge of B2B demand generation, content syndication, ABM, intent data or performance marketing.
  • Experience selling into EMEA and/or US markets.
  • An existing network in one of our core verticals, such as fleet and telematics, HR and payroll, payments, or B2B SaaS.

What we’re offering you:

  • Summer Fridays (early finish on a Friday during the summer months).
  • Competitive holiday benefits - 25 days a year paid holiday, plus 8 bank holidays (increases 1 day a year up to 30 days).
  • Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office.
  • Closed for Christmas holidays - extra days not taken from your annual holiday allowance.
  • Work from anywhere for 2 weeks a year.
  • Life Assurance and Income Protection to protect your loved ones.
  • Benefits allowance for health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Defined Contribution Pension and Salary Sacrifice Scheme.
  • Be Well: Our award-winning wellbeing and mental health programme.
  • Family Forward support for our MVF parents.
  • 2 charity days a year.
