We're hiring a Talent Coordinator to join our growing London team and help power the day-to-day engine behind some of the UK's leading creative and digital talent. MVE is a creator-led, talent-first management company focused on long-term career strategy and business development for our clients and partners.

The role:

As Talent Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone supporting our Talent Managers and keeping a busy roster running smoothly. It's a brilliant entry point into talent management: you'll work alongside major brands, get hands-on with campaign execution, and have a genuine path to grow into a senior role as the business expands.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting Talent Managers across their daily workload and client relationships
  • Coordinating client logistics for events and commitments — call sheets, travel, accommodation, timings and more
  • Writing and editing copy for media kits, pitch decks and brand briefs using our templates
  • Assisting on brand partnerships end to end: briefing, execution, content approvals and post-campaign analysis
  • Pulling together data and analytics into clear, useful reports
  • Spotting opportunities to flip activity across the wider roster
  • Fielding incoming client queries and routing them to the right manager
  • Calendar and diary management
  • Working closely with both our UK and US teams on the processes that keep the department running
  • Mucking in wherever needed — we're an all-hands-on-deck company

What we're looking for:

  • A strong understanding of the digital influencer and creator landscape
  • Broad awareness of the wider entertainment and media industry
  • Exceptional organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
  • Articulate, concise communication — both written and verbal
  • A keen eye for detail and a high standard in everything you produce
  • Confident IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Outlook and Google Workspace)
  • Familiarity with Monday.com and Slack a plus
  • Motivated, ambitious and eager to learn
  • A genuine team player
  • Uses initiative

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Pension scheme
  • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
  • The chance to join a forward-thinking, talent-focused business in a fast-growing industry
  • Real opportunity to learn from an experienced leadership team and grow into a senior role

Location: London (specify office-based / hybrid)

To apply, send your CV and a short note on why you're a fit — and please include any relevant experience and examples of work you're proud of.
