We're hiring a Talent Coordinator to join our growing London team and help power the day-to-day engine behind some of the UK's leading creative and digital talent. MVE is a creator-led, talent-first management company focused on long-term career strategy and business development for our clients and partners.
The role:
- As Talent Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone supporting our Talent Managers and keeping a busy roster running smoothly.
- Supporting Talent Managers across their daily workload and client relationships.
- Coordinating client logistics for events and commitments — call sheets, travel, accommodation, timings and more.
- Writing and editing copy for media kits, pitch decks and brand briefs using our templates.
- Assisting on brand partnerships end to end: briefing, execution, content approvals and post-campaign analysis.
- Pulling together data and analytics into clear, useful reports.
- Spotting opportunities to flip activity across the wider roster.
- Fielding incoming client queries and routing them to the right manager.
- Calendar and diary management.
- Working closely with both our UK and US teams on the processes that keep the department running.
- Mucking in wherever needed — we're an all-hands-on-deck company.
What we're looking for:
- A strong understanding of the digital influencer and creator landscape.
- Broad awareness of the wider entertainment and media industry.
- Exceptional organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Articulate, concise communication — both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail and a high standard in everything you produce.
- Confident IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Outlook and Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with Monday.com and Slack a plus.
- Motivated, ambitious and eager to learn.
- A genuine team player.
- Uses initiative.
