The Junction Foundation is seeking a Targeted Youth Services Project Worker to deliver detached youth work, provide 1:1 support and run structured group sessions for hard-to-reach and vulnerable young people. You will plan, deliver and evaluate sessions, maintain records, manage a small caseload and support local delivery in line with our values.
This permanent 24 hours per week role offers a hands-on, community-focused opportunity to help young people achieve positive outcomes.
