The Junction is a respected charity working to make a difference to the lives of children, young people and their families. The Junction Foundation is recruiting for a Family Worker to work alongside the current Young Carers Team, providing support to Young Carers' families with multiple or complex issues through developing and delivering weekly face-to-face sessions within Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland.
