We are here to support, promote and develop voluntary and community action in Middlesbrough. The Marketing & Impact Lead will play a key role in shaping TeesDance's voice, visibility and influence, including leading the development and delivery of our Dance Belongs Here campaign. They will lead on audience engagement, brand development and impact storytelling - ensuring that TeesDance's programmes, people and partnerships are shared widely and celebrated regionally and nationally.
Working closely with the Founder/CEO and Participation & Engagement Manager, the post-holder will oversee marketing, communications, data and evaluation - ensuring that our work is seen, valued and understood by funders, participants and partners alike. They will be responsible for communicating the impact of our projects, gathering data and stories from across our programmes, managing digital platforms and press, and supporting fundraising through compelling content and evidence of change.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, values-driven team at a pivotal moment, helping to shape how TeesDance tells its story, champions dance as part of everyday life, and measures its success. This role is part-time, 15 - 22.5 hours per week (to be negotiated).
