We are here to support, promote and develop voluntary and community action in Middlesbrough. The Junction is a respected charity working to make a difference to the lives of children, young people and their families. We are looking for a confident and dedicated individual to lead a small team of Youth Support Workers in delivering high-quality detached, street-based youth work sessions. The successful candidate will provide clear direction, practical support and positive leadership to ensure sessions are engaging, safe and responsive to the needs of young people, helping to create meaningful opportunities for connection, support and personal development within the community.
