This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced deal professional with a strong track record across Private Equity, corporate transactions, and cross‑border deals, combined with proven business development and client origination capabilities.
Opportunity
You will be responsible for leading complex Financial Due Diligence engagements while driving market growth, developing key client relationships, and helping shape the future direction of the practice. Working alongside leading sponsors, corporates, lenders, and investors, you will play a pivotal role in both deal execution and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead buy‑side, sell‑side, refinancing, and capital markets due diligence engagements
- Build and expand relationships with Private Equity sponsors, corporates, lenders, and investment banks
- Drive business development and originate new revenue opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing deal teams
- Oversee Quality of Earnings, working capital, cash flow analysis, and key commercial metrics
- Collaborate across M&A, Valuations, Restructuring, Tax, and Accounting Advisory teams
- Support strategic growth initiatives, recruitment, and practice development
Requirements
- Currently operating at Managing Director, Partner, or Senior Director level
- Extensive Financial Due Diligence experience across Private Equity and corporate transactions
- Proven ability to originate business and develop long‑term client relationships
- Strong Private Equity network and sponsor coverage experience
- Commercially driven with exceptional client‑facing skills
- Track record of leading teams and delivering complex transactions
