We are looking for an ambitious Performance Marketing Specialist to come on board and help us ramp up digital marketing in more than 15 markets. Want an exciting challenge at a fast-paced startup? Day to day:

  • Managing campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snap and Apple Search Ads
  • Creating a global paid strategy
  • Working alongside an experienced team looking after Paid social and global PPC and organic search traffic across 14+ languages
  • Running an experiment roadmap to help us understand what works best
  • Working closely with our data science team to make smart decisions
  • Using AI/ML tools to oversee campaign and budget management as well as feeding and working on our systematic experimentation framework

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience in performance marketing, with a focus on mobile app campaigns across the EU and/or Türkiye.
  • Experience running campaigns across various ad platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snap, Apple Search, and other social media advertising.
  • Demonstrable experience using MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch for tracking and attribution.
  • Strong understanding of BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Good understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and how tracking works – both web and mobile
  • A deep knowledge of the latest paid social and SEO trends – including an understanding of the technical side
  • Good project management and communication skills. You will need to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Eager to learn, you’ll bring passion and expertise to the exciting future we are building
  • Able to commute to Aldgate, London at least twice a week for London based hire, otherwise fully remote
  • BONUS: French, German or Turkish language skills
