Whatever brought you here, now's the perfect time to join a team on its way to becoming the first billion-dollar Muslim app.

We're looking for a

Growth Data Analyst to join our dynamic Data team and help us make better decisions about how we grow Muzz around the world.

You'll be the analytical partner to our Growth team, owning measurement across global marketing activity and turning data into insights that help us acquire, activate, retain and monetise more users.

This isn't a role where you'll simply build dashboards and wait for someone to ask for a report.

You'll work closely with Growth, Product and Data teams to understand what's happening, figure out why and identify what we should do next.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, explaining data in simple terms and finding opportunities hidden in the numbers, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Day to day
  • Own measurement across Muzz's global marketing activities and assess how effectively our marketing investments drive growth.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that give Marketing teams visibility of their KPIs and enable self-service reporting.
  • Analyse marketing performance across channels, markets and campaigns to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with regional Brand, Social Media and Events teams to turn data and insights into better marketing strategies.
  • Investigate new and emerging marketing channels and assess their potential to drive incremental growth.
  • Own and prioritise ad hoc analytical requests from Marketing Specialists across our global markets.
  • Turn complex analysis into clear recommendations that help teams make better, data-led decisions.
  • Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a simple and actionable way.
  • Train and support business users so they can get the most out of our BI tools and become more self-sufficient with data.
  • Work with Product Analysts and Product teams to identify opportunities to use product features and data to improve personalised marketing.
  • Analyse opportunities to improve activation, retention and monetisation through better marketing and product collaboration.
  • Partner with Data Engineers to improve data models and ensure they can support multiple analytical and business needs.
  • Explore new datasets, tools and analytical approaches that can help Muzz better understand its users and growth opportunities.
  • Continuously improve how Marketing measures performance, reports results and uses data to make decisions.

3+ years of experience in data analytics, growth analytics, marketing analytics or a related field.

  • Strong

SQL skills , with experience writing efficient, scalable and maintainable queries.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills , particularly the ability to explain complex data and insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills , with the confidence to work closely with Marketing, Product, Data and regional teams around the world.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple requests while balancing urgent business needs with longer-term analytical projects.
  • A commercial and growth mindset , with a genuine interest in understanding how data can unlock new opportunities for the business.
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively identifying questions that the business should be asking, rather than only answering questions you're given.
  • Experience collaborating with

Data Engineers to design and improve data models that can support multiple business needs.

  • Must-Haves
  • You can confidently write, optimise and maintain SQL queries and work with data models to answer complex business questions.
