As a Project Manager in our Products & Technology division, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our product development and technology teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role is based 4 days a week at home and 1 day in the Richmond office., Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions.

TeamLeadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead project teams consisting of engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.

  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to drive project success.

  • Facilitate communication and alignment between team members and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.

  • Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

  • Address stakeholder feedback and ensure alignment with project goals.

Quality Assurance and Delivery:

  • Define and enforce quality standards for project deliverables.

  • Conduct thorough testing and reviews to ensure product quality and functionality.

  • Manage the delivery process to meet project objectives and customer expectations. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and documentation.

  • Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.

  • Capture lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in product development or technology domains.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and practices.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

  • Self-motivated individual who excels at completer-finisher., * Project Management: 5 years (required)
