We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need, including those with specific health conditions. This position requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalised care and assistance in their daily activities.

Candidate Must have complex care experience.

Duties
  • Provide home care support to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies as needed to promote positive interactions.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in behaviour or health status.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.

Skills
  • Experience in home care or nursing home settings is highly desirable.
