Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and personal care under nurse delegation
- Monitor observations (vitals, fluid charts) and report changes
- Administer medications following strict protocols
- Assist with safe transfers, mobility and pressure-relief techniques
- Maintain accurate CQC-compliant records
- Liaise with families and multi-disciplinary teams
- PEG Feeding
- Safe tube handling and feed administration
- Site care and aspiration monitoring
- Aseptic bag changes and site inspection
- Accurate input/output recording
- Bag changes and peristomal skin protection
- Appliance selection and leak prevention
- Ventilator Support
- Monitoring settings, alarms and patient comfort

Candidate Requirements
