We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee our Complex Supported Living services across Yorkshire, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and operational excellence.

About the Role
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of supported living services for adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions. You will lead and develop your teams, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and drive a culture of dignity, empowerment, and independence for the people we support.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff teams across supported living services.
- Ensure all services operate in line with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and person-centred support delivery.
- Manage service budgets and ensure financial sustainability.
- Support with recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and local authorities.
- Monitor quality and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Take part in on-call management as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a management role within supported living or complex care.
- Proven experience supporting adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, or mental health.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites or services effectively.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
