Muve Homecare is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join their Complex Care division in Birmingham. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of personalized, high-quality care to clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Rota Management: Develop, manage, and update staff schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage. Promptly address last-minute scheduling changes. Align rotas with clients' care plans and preferences.
- Recruitment and Screening: Actively recruit qualified caregivers. Screen candidates by reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, and verifying qualifications. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies during hiring.
- Onboarding New Staff: Facilitate the induction process, ensuring new team members are well-trained. Provide ongoing support and mentorship during the probation period.
- System Management: Utilize care management systems to track schedules, care plans, and compliance records. Maintain accurate documentation for clients and staff. Identify opportunities to optimize processes and implement improvements.
- Client and Staff Support: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns. Support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct regular check-ins with clients and staff to ensure satisfaction and well-being.
- Experience: Previous experience in care coordination, complex care management, or a similar role.
