Registered Manager to lead one of our services, ensuring exceptional care, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for the people we support.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the operational, financial, and regulatory performance of the service.
  • Inspire the team to deliver safe, high‑quality care while driving continuous improvement and maintaining full CQC compliance.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing care team.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation.
  • Promote a culture of person‑centred, safe, and compassionate care.
  • Manage service budgets and financial performance effectively.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional staff.
  • Drive quality assurance, audits, and continuous service improvement.
  • Lead on safeguarding, risk management, and incident management.
  • Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience.
  • Experience managing budgets and improving service performance.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
  • A passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes.
