CONTRACT SALES MANAGER UK
Muuto is rooted in the Scandinavian design tradition characterized by enduring aesthetics, functionality, craftsmanship and an honest expression. The Role
Based out of our London showroom, you will work closely with colleagues in the UK and at our headquarters in Copenhagen to grow Muuto’s presence in the contract market.
You will inherit and develop a selection of existing UK accounts while expanding Muuto’s presence within the UK A&D community.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and grow accounts in the UK contract market to support regional sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects & designers (A&D), dealers and contract partners
- Manage and further develop existing UK accounts while building new relationships within the A&D community
- Take ownership of projects from early engagement through negotiation and closing
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and sales colleagues to support overall growth
- Support training of sales partners where needed
- Host showroom tours and support events in the London showroom
Your Profile
- Experience as a Sales or Key Account Manager, ideally within the UK contract furniture market
- Strong understanding of the A&D community and project sales processes
- A well‑developed professional network within the design industry
- Self‑driven, structured and comfortable working independently
- Confident communicator able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong negotiation and closing skills combined with effective time management
- Willingness to travel within the UK when required
