Customer Representative
- Permanent flexible hours
- Pay: £400 per week
- Location: Wellingborough and Kettering (Field Based)
Permanent employed field-based role managing a Home Collected consumer credit round. Mutual are looking for candidates with good people skills who are hardworking, proactive and self-motivated. No previous experience required, must be able to drive and have access to a car.
As you develop within the role, you'll come to view the job as running your own small business.

Role: (Customer Representative)
Mutual have a vacancy for a customer representative servicing existing accounts, obtaining loan and retail orders and generating new leads. Our business is home collected consumer credit.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Customer Representative:
- Managing customer's payments
- Promote the business and the products
- Generate new leads
- Help customers experiencing difficulties
Skills/Requirements:
- Driving licence holder with access to a car
- Good one to one communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Ability to get on well with people and build relationships
