We are on the hunt for dynamic and motivated Collecting Sales Agents to join our bustling team in the vibrant locations in the Oakham & Rutland area! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving company and take your career to the next level.
As a member of our dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to wear many hats and take on a variety of exciting responsibilities. You’ll be the go-to person for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You’ll also have the chance to flex your sales skills by obtaining loan and retail orders, as well as generating new leads to help grow our business.
Hours of Work: Part Time, 15 - 25 per week (flexible hours)
Customer Service Agent Requirements:
- Collecting cash & card payments in the customers' own homes
- Able to distribute leaflets & catalogues on a regular basis
- Follow up leads promptly
- Ideal candidates will have Sales, Customer Service or Finance experience (preferable but not essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential
- Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), negotiation and good phone skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Able to use our computer system
- Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
- Team player who works productively with a wide range of people
- Demonstrated success meeting sales targets/goals
- Ex Morses, Loans at Home & other collected credit agents would be ideal
- Report to the Leicester based office a couple of times a week
