We are a family firm based in the centre of Leicester. Our business is providing home credit for loans and retail products. We have 15 other branches based within the UK.
We are looking for a part-time payroll colleague to work alongside our two current part-time members of staff. The hours of work are 8.30am to 2.30pm. There may be some seasonal flexibility between a Tuesday and Wednesday.
Full training on the payroll package we use will be given; prior knowledge of payroll is desirable.
Main Duties:- Process a payroll from start to finish, to run 2 Monthly Payrolls and 1 Weekly Payroll.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files.
- Pension auto-enrolment.
- Managing the administration for new starters and leavers.
- Deal with internal queries.
- Issuing contracts of employment.
- Liaising with management team.
- Dealing with Year end and P11D RTI.
- Analytical and IT skills especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Attention to detail.
- Confident communicator.
- Be organised and hard working.
