Mutual Clothing & Supply Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced manager in the home collected credit field to supervise agents working primarily in the Cannock and Walsall area, who will be based at our Nuneaton office.
Applicants will have worked in home credit before; management experience is preferred but not essential.
The role involves driving the culture of the branch and the performance of the agents allocated to your supervision, as well as implementing all regulatory requirements and monitoring customer outcomes.
Field work is required, as well as office work, and there is some opportunity for home working.
The role has both performance related pay and a salary element, available on request/application.
