We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to work full time on a permanent basis in our Mansfield branch. The role involves supporting our team of local agents and administering our business operations.
Our Company Mutual have been in consumer finance for over 100 years serving thousands of customers over many generations. We are a family company with strong values and traditions.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Branch Administrator / Clerk:
- Processing business on the Company's computer system
- Preparing and organising customer agreements
- Logging correspondence
- Taking customer payments
- Answering the phone and dealing with customer inquiries
- General office duties such as filing
Skills/Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a small team
- Motivated
- Office experience desirable
- Computer skills an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
