Due to retirement, we are looking for an accounts administrator to join our small team and work closely with the accountant and general manager. We are a family owned and run SME finance firm with a long history in Leicester and the East Midlands.

Key Duties

  • Daily reconciliation of the company's bank accounts
  • Upload of customer payment information into our systems
  • Assist in managing some of the banking processes
  • Journal relevant entries into the firm's accounting systems
  • Other head office accounts duties
  • Liaising with the branch network to balance internal ledgers
