Mutual Clothing & Supply Co. Ltd. is seeking a Home Collected Credit Branch Manager for our Oxford Branch. We are looking for an experienced manager or home credit agent in the home collected credit field to supervise agents working primarily in the Oxford area, who will be based at our Oxford office. There is free onsite parking for employees.

Applicants will have worked in home credit before; management experience is preferred but not essential. The role involves driving the culture of the branch and the performance of the agents allocated to your supervision, as well as implementing all regulatory requirements and monitoring customer outcomes.

Field work is required, as well as office work, and there is some opportunity for home working. The role has both performance related pay and a salary element. Details are available on request/application.
