The Breakfast Chef will be responsible for covering breakfast 2 days a week, mostly weekends, ensuring coverage for full-time breakfast chef days off. Approximately 14 - 16 hours a week.
Main Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the preparation of breakfast for each day and also preparation for the next day to allow a smooth running breakfast service each day.
- To prepare, cook and present breakfast required to the standards set by the head Chef and Management.
- Good food hygiene practices.
- To be responsible for checking of deliveries and supplies in the absence of a Senior Chef, or as directed.
- To undertake duties as set by the head Chef or Management.
- To actively be an integral part of the Kitchen team.
- To operate and participate in the efficient smooth running of the Kitchen.
- To ensure that all statutory elements of health and hygiene are adhered to and maintain the premises in a safe and healthy condition and to a high standard.
Job Type: Part Time
Salary: £13.71 per hour
Schedule: 2-3 days a week, approximately 6-7 hours per shift.
