Mute is a trailblazer in adaptable office architecture, redefining workspaces with our innovative Mute Modular system and acoustic pods. We have collaborated with top brands such as Netflix, Microsoft, and L’Oréal to create future-ready, comfortable, and sustainable offices and commercial spaces. Our dynamic, agile, non-corporate work culture fosters autonomy, confidence and the opportunity for self-realisation in the area of your expertise. We prioritise good team relationships and open, direct communication, focusing on achieving business goals instead of creating unnecessary procedures, writing too many e-mails and organizing numerous meetings.
About the role: Mute Modular is a modular room-in-room system designed for modern workspaces. Your role will be to develop its portfolio, positioning, value proposition and lifecycle services — from advisory and deployment, through care, reconfiguration and relocation, to refurbishment and second life. This is not a role focused on creating multiple new products from scratch. It is a role for someone who can strategically lead the development of an innovative but already existing system, working closely with R&D, Lifecycle Services, ESG and Sales.
Key areas of focus will include market analysis, understanding customer needs, identifying development directions and translating them into clear recommendations for the product, services, communication and the overall roadmap. A complementary area of responsibility will be the Jetson acoustic booth portfolio.
Your responsibilities:
- Define the long-term strategy for our product and services portfolio.
- Analyse global market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Develop compelling value propositions and market positioning.
- Recommend portfolio priorities and future development directions.
- Identify new opportunities for products, services and business growth.
- Co-create portfolio roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects across international teams.
- Bring best practices in portfolio management and product strategy into the organisation.
Our requirements: We are looking for someone who understands how businesses create value for B2B customers and can translate market insights into strategic portfolio decisions. You should have:
- Experience in product strategy, portfolio management, service development, strategic marketing, business development or consulting.
- Previous experience working in an international B2B organisation developing products or services.
- Understanding how to create value for end customers rather than focusing solely on product communication.
- Skills to interpret market trends and anticipate where industries are heading.
- Experience defining value propositions, positioning and portfolio direction.
- Analytical thinking combined with commercial judgement.
- Interest in lifecycle services, circular economy, modular products or service-based business models.
- Very good written and spoken English.
We’d be especially interested if you’ve worked in organisations that:
- Operate internationally.
- Invest heavily in innovation, research and product development.
- Have mature product management practices.
- Build high-value B2B products or service ecosystems.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Innovative and sustainable culture—we invest in R&D to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and prioritize sustainability and ESG standards through eco-friendly materials and inclusive design.
- Unique team-building events and a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.
- The opportunity to work on exciting, high-impact projects.
