We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager – Distribution Channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecture and design ability to track project pipelines and engage major end users directly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading workshops and delivering training.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., Polish, German or French) are an asset, but not necessary for the role.
  • Self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage travel schedules, events and remote work effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM and office software; data-driven approach to lead management and reporting.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with modular construction, acoustic products or flexible workspace solutions.
  • Understanding of sustainability and ESG trends in workplace design.
  • Existing relationships with corporate real estate teams or developers in the UK.
