The Job

As a Partnerships Manager UK/IE, you are the central interface between Berlin Acoustics and our retail partners. Your goal is to build strong, long-term relationships with our dealers and expand our market presence in the UK and Ireland through consistent sales activity, participation in trade fairs, the organization of your own events, and regular partner visits.

Your Responsibilities

  • You execute the UK and Ireland partner strategy, building strong relationships with retail partners and actively developing the market to meet and grow revenue targets.
  • You are taking full ownership of your partner portfolio and independently develop new sales channels and partnerships to grow the network and meet revenue targets.
  • You support our partners with pricing, offers, deal structures, and maintain regular communication through check-ins, visits, and follow-ups on quotes and projects.
  • You deliver commercial and marketing initiatives including product training, in-store campaigns, as well as events and trade fairs.
  • You organise our participation in key UK furniture fairs and you ensure our London showroom is used effectively for partner meetings, events and customer visits.
  • You collect and share market feedback internally to improve products, processes, and communication.
  • You keep our systems (Odoo) up-to-date and support retailers with claims and after-sales issues as the main contact between partners and Operations.
  • You maintain a strong relationship with our external UK sales agent, who supports you with partner recruitment and on‑ground sales activity.

What do you bring

  • At least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales within the UK or Ireland.
  • Experience in partnership management, key account management or B2B sales, ideally within the office furniture sector or on the manufacturer side.
  • A structured and reliable way of working, with strong communication skills.
  • A hands‑on approach and a genuine enjoyment of getting things done, rather than just planning.
  • A solution‑focused mindset and a high level of personal responsibility.
  • Confidence in using CRM systems such as Odoo or similar.
  • Process mindset & continuous improvement: a structured, improvement‑oriented way of working, with an interest in understanding, developing, and optimizing operational processes in collaboration with the Operational Excellence team.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK (around 20%).
  • Experience in organising events, trade fairs or similar customer‑facing activities.
  • Fluent or native‑level English; German is an advantage.

What do we offer

  • A central role with a genuine impact on our growth and brand presence.
  • Close collaboration with motivated colleagues in a highly ambitious team.
  • A high level of autonomy and responsibility for your own partner accounts.
  • Flat hierarchies and short decision‑making paths.
  • Attractive working conditions and opportunities for individual development.
