Role Overview: As Brand Activation Specialist, you’ll support the Marketing Manager – Sailing in delivering Musto’s sailing marketing strategy, with a primary focus on the planning and execution of events, activations, and ambassador engagement. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone highly organised, detail‑driven, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments, both behind the scenes and on the ground at events.
Key Responsibilities
- Event & Activation Delivery: Support the planning and delivery of sailing events, brand activations, and ambassador appearances. Coordinate event plans, timelines, logistics, assets, and suppliers. Be actively involved on‑site to ensure smooth, professional execution.
- Ambassador Engagement: Coordinate ambassador kit distribution and activation opportunities. Ensure ambassadors are well briefed and aligned with campaign activity.
- Wholesale & Retail Support: Work with wholesale sales reps and key accounts to deliver tailored activation plans and POS materials. Ensure premium brand execution across retail environments.
- Digital & DTC Integration: Partner with eCommerce and marketing colleagues to amplify activations across digital and social channels. Provide content and insights to support brand‑led campaigns.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager – Sailing and other marketing colleagues to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Reporting & Insights: Track activation performance and provide post‑event reports. Share learnings to optimise future activations.
