We are looking for an enthusiastic person with previous customer service experience to join our friendly and hardworking GP Surgery team based in West Bridgford, Nottingham. The role includes front of house reception duties, answering telephone calls and providing support to the wider Practice team when required. Training will be provided in prescription request management for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
