Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Interior Designer vacancy within a prestigious in-house design team, specialising in high-end restaurant design in the heart of London.
The hiring company is a renowned hospitality group with a portfolio of beautiful restaurants, known for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This in-house design team is responsible for creating exquisite interiors that blend aesthetics, functionality, and innovation to provide guests with an unforgettable atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the design team to develop and refine creative concepts that align with the brand and client’s vision.
- Leading the design team and mentoring Junior and Mid-level Designers.
- Producing detailed interior design drawings, mood boards, and visual presentations.
- Selecting and sourcing premium materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures to create a luxurious and inviting ambiance.
- Working closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure the smooth execution of design concepts.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and applying innovative design approaches to elevate the restaurant spaces.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in high-end interior design, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in using design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and bespoke furniture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
