Job Description
A 50 strong multidisciplinary practice based in Coventry is seeking a 3-5 year PQ Architect to join their team, with interviews set to take place next week for this position.
You will assist the Design Director in sourcing Architects, as well as support the Technical Director with more Technical Revit based staff.
Within the Design team, Revit proficiency is less of a pre-requisite given the nature of projects. The main software used will be ArchiCAD and AutoCAD, focusing on sectors such as Mixed Use, Care Homes, Hospitality, and Commercial schemes.
Aligned experience is sought, with prior exposure to working on Care/Health related schemes being desirable.
This is a full-time office position for the first 3 months, with the prospect of moving to a 3-day office/2-day home arrangement once you have settled and integrated with the team.
Salary will range between £35,000 – £45,000 PA, with the upper range available for candidates demonstrating Job Running/Team Lead capabilities.
