Our team's industry expertise allows us to respond promptly to client briefs, catering to campaigns of all sizes.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Model Booker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the modeling industry, excellent networking skills, and a keen eye for talent. As a Model Booker, you will be responsible for scouting new talent, managing model portfolios, and liaising with clients to secure bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scouting, development and management of talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with models, clients, and industry professionals.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure bookings for models in commercial projects.
  • Reaching an individual and team monetary target.
  • Provide guidance and career development advice to models.
  • Coordinate schedules, bookings, and assignments to maximize opportunities for talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging talent.
  • Assisting with marketing, social media and new business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a model agency, talent management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • A keen eye for identifying potential talent.
  • Knowledge of the modelling industry trends and standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience using model agency software (not essential)
