Rate: £25 – £27 an hour (Outside IR35)

Are you an Architectural Technician or an Architect with a strong technical background looking to join a collaborative, social studio recognised for delivering large scale residential schemes across London? This practice specialises in the technical delivery of high-rise residential towers and, following continued success, they’re now looking to grow their team.

We’re Looking For:

• Architectural Technician or a Qualified Architects, 2 years minimum industry experience required
• Strong technical skills should be able to demonstrate detailing experience and general experience of working in RIBA stage 4.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Happy to work in the office 5 days a week
