Senior Project Manager (Construction/Building)

ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER LOOKING FOR A NEW ROLE?
Our client based in Guildford specialise in workplace and commercial design, and are looking to recruit a Senior Interior Designer to join their team.

This role requires a leader to successfully manage the Pre-Construction Managers and the Pre-Construction of multiple projects efficiently and to a high standard.

Building contracts, letter of intents (LOI), performance bonds (PB), parent company guarantees (PCG), and insurances.
Design and Design management
Building services (MEP&S) design
Supply chain management, including subconsultants
Building control
Programme, risk, and procurement schedules
Pre-construction workbook management

Construction-related degree or HE qualifications
Quantity Surveying degree or HE qualification
