Job Title: Senior Project / Account Manager (Exhibitions)

Location: North West

Salary: Circa £60,000 +

The Company:

Join a long-established, creative exhibition design agency with global reach. They are looking for a talented Senior Project / Account Manager to join their team. This is more than just a project management role — it’s a clear path to a senior leadership position within 18–24 months.

The Role:

You’ll lead large-scale exhibition projects across the UK, Europe, the US and beyond, while building strong client relationships at a senior level. From day one, you’ll have real responsibility, influence, and the chance to shape the future of the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver complex exhibition stands from concept to on-site build.
  • Manage key client accounts and grow long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, suppliers, and health & safety.
  • Lead and mentor internal teams and contractors.
  • Travel internationally to manage projects.
  • Work closely with the MD on business growth — with a clear route to a senior leadership role.

About You:

  • 7+ years’ experience in exhibition design & build (agency or contractor).
  • Confident managing big, complex projects (custom builds, double-decks).
  • Great communicator with strong client and team leadership skills.
  • Commercially aware, budget-savvy, and hands-on when needed.
  • Ambitious, with the drive to step up into a senior leadership role.
  • Happy to travel globally.
