Scenic Project Manager – Leeds

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Scenic Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Leeds. In this role, you’ll take the lead on scenic elements for a wide range of live events and brand experiences, from brief to build. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing budgets, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, and ensuring the smooth, safe delivery of each project.

Working closely with our in-house Health & Safety Manager, you’ll ensure all builds meet the highest standards of safety and compliance. You’ll collaborate with creative teams, production staff, and suppliers to deliver outstanding scenic solutions on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scenic projects from concept through to on-site delivery
• Produce accurate budgets and manage project costs
• Liaise directly with clients to understand and deliver on their vision
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
• Ensure all work is compliant with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in scenic or event production project management
• Strong financial and client-facing communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of health & safety processes in live event environments
• Understanding of materials & how they affect event builds
