Job Title – Project Manager – Travel Incentive Programs
Salary – £35-42k
Location – London
Reporting to – Senior PM, Account Director, CS Director
Permanent Contract – Hybrid (3days on site)
Role Summary:
My client is looking for an experienced event project manager who specialises in incentives and rewards with an agency background. You will work closely with key clients across a wide range of exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
– Project Management (Ownership of project delivery, including client communications, timelines, deliverables and budget management)
-Help manage incentive programs
– Onsite Management
– Financial Management
– Health and safety management
– New Business – Assisting accounts team in pitches and proposal as necessary
– CRM Management
– Supplier Management
Experience/Skills:
– Strong organizational skills
– Autonomous – Take ownership and responsibility
– Flexible & adaptable
– Live events experience
– On-site events experience
– B2B Events experience
Requirements:
– Extensive event production experience in an agency environment
– Experience of incentive travel programmes
– Video Production & graphics (not essential)
– Travel – Should be comfortable travelling to on-site events and/or to client offices
– Must have full UK driving license and own a car.
