ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER LOOKING FOR A NEW AND EXCITING OPPORTUNITY IN THE COMMERCIAL DESIGN SECTOR? Our client is a dynamic company engaged in the design, planning, fit-out and furnishing of commercial, education, and leisure design projects. While our client is predominantly design-led, they also pride themselves on their ability to deliver creations through excellent project management, and are now looking for a Junior Project Manager and experienced Project Manager to join the team. To be considered for this role you will NEED: A minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial fit-out environment. 5 years experience in project management. 5 years experience in contract management. SSSTS or SMSTS license/ certification. General skills: An understanding of revenue models and P&L. Experience in negotiations. Expert in health and safety requirements on site. In-depth knowledge of companies core industry, policies, and objectives. Broad technical knowledge. Attributes: Commitment to the highest levels of customer service. High level of commercial awareness. Team player. Willing to take responsibility and use initiative. Ability to meet tight time scales. Understanding customer needs.
