A leading scenic construction and production company is looking for a Production Director to lead workshop operations and deliver high-quality creative builds across theatre, events, exhibitions, and media. As part of the senior leadership team, you'll oversee departments including carpentry, metalwork, and scenic art. You'll manage production timelines, resource planning, and team development while championing operational excellence and a positive workplace culture.
