Are you a seasoned Senior Project Manager with experience delivering experiential projects for high-profile clients? We are recruiting on behalf of a global consultancy seeking a hands-on and strategically minded individual to lead the end-to-end delivery of fast-paced, high-impact campaigns and experiences.
This permanent hybrid role (3 days in-office, Central London) requires a strong agency background, excellent client-facing capabilities, and a willingness to travel internationally to support on-site delivery when required.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of end-to-end project management, from scoping and planning to delivery and wrap-up
- Lead the delivery of experiential and brand engagement projects, both in the UK and internationally
- Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout
- Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables across internal teams and external suppliers
- Oversee all elements of project delivery including on-site setup, live event execution, and post-event evaluation
- Collaborate closely with creative, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain structured and organized office-based project documentation, reports, and schedules
- Identify project risks early and lead mitigation planning
- Represent the agency with professionalism, energy, and confidence at all stages of the project lifecycle
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior Project Manager or similar role within a creative or experiential agency
- Demonstrable experience in delivering experiential marketing, brand activations, or global live events
- Strong track record of international on-site project delivery
- Adept in managing multiple client accounts and delivering against tight deadlines
- Exceptional client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident working in both office-based and on-site environments
- Experience with project tools like Monday.com, Asana, JIRA, or Smartsheet
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required for project delivery
