We’re seeking a Senior Interior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-value (£3m+), workplace Design & Build projects.
Location: Central London
Salary: £80,000 per annum

About the Role: Based in the heart of Central London, you’ll play a key role in leading exceptional commercial interiors from concept through to completion — on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle of commercial workplace D&B schemes
- Manage cross-functional teams including designers, contractors, and consultants
- Lead client communications and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Develop and monitor project programmes, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
- Resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving forward
- Conduct site inspections and lead project meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the Design & Build industry
- Proven success managing workplace fit-outs over £4m
- Exceptional knowledge of the London commercial interiors market
- Strong leadership, organisational and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Proficient with project management software and tools
