The Company

We’re working with a top workplace design and build specialist who are known for creating stand-out office environments across the UK and beyond. From one-off relocations to large-scale refurbishments, their projects cover design, fit-out and branding — all delivered from a buzzing central London HQ with support from regional studios.

The Role

They’re on the lookout for a Graphic Designer who’s comfortable jumping between static design, motion and UX. You’ll be part of a busy creative team, working with people right across the business to bring ideas to life — whether that’s pitch decks, animations, brochures, or huge wall graphics for live projects.

  • Turning concepts into engaging animations, videos and interactive content.
  • Making sure digital outputs are smooth, user-friendly and accessible.
  • Creating artwork for brochures, posters, signage, and large-scale graphics.
  • Working with external printers to get the best results on physical outputs.

What They’re Looking For

  • Around 2+ years of experience in graphic, motion or UX design.
  • A portfolio that shows off digital, motion and print projects.
  • Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (plus some motion/UX tools).
  • Strong eye for detail, layout and typography.
  • Happy managing multiple deadlines at once.
  • Comfortable working independently but also bouncing ideas around with a team.
  • Confident communicator

Perks & Benefits

  • 23 days holiday (rising to 28 with service)
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • 2 volunteering days a year
  • Paid training and development
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
  • Regular socials, weekly drinks, and staff meals
  • Life insurance (4x salary)
  • Gym discounts + free fitness classes
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme (BUPA)
