We are looking for an artworker who takes pride in delivering high-quality design solutions and artwork across a wide range of projects and events. As part of our dynamic and experienced design team, you will oversee every stage—from concept through to final digital or print-ready artwork—ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of design and execution. While precision and attention to detail are key, we are also open to someone who is eager to dip their toe into asset design and broaden their creative skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare artwork accurately for print, ensuring technical specifications are met.
- Maintain design consistency and quality, conducting thorough artwork checks.
- Follow and implement brand guidelines across all work.
- Actively engage with studio projects, identifying and resolving design, artwork, or print challenges. Communicating any potential downtime to the Studio Manager.
- Collaborate with suppliers and designers to ensure specs align with production requirements, as provided by the Production Manager or Print Producer.
- Work across both large-scale and small-format print projects.
- Maintain effective file management practices.
- Assist with updating and refining presentations when needed.
- Collaborate with the 3D & 2D design teams to integrate graphic elements into events that reflect the brand’s identity and message.
- Be aware of project profitability, adhering to budgets and flagging potential risks to the bottom line.
Experience/Skills:
- A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment and is willing to collaborate and share the workload.
- Experience with both large and small-format graphics is desirable.
- Ability to work across various scales and mediums, including print and digital.
- A background in signage and creative branding, ideally within the events sector.
- Comfortable working with high-volume print and tight deadlines, with a keen eye for detail.
- Commercially aware, with a solid understanding of the industry and project requirements.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and operationally focused with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely, both visually and verbally.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
