Job Title: Experiential 2D Designer
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Salary: £40,000 – 48,000

Join a Leading Creative Agency as an Experiential 2D Designer
We are working on behalf of an award-winning creative agency based in London, known for crafting bold, sustainable brand experiences for global names in fashion, lifestyle, and technology.
This is a permanent hybrid role with 3 days per week expected in their vibrant London studio, offering the perfect mix of flexibility and collaboration.
If you're a passionate 2D Designer with a background in experiential design —and an exceptional eye for detail—this is a fantastic opportunity to elevate your career with a creative studio that's redefining immersive brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling 2D design assets for experiential activations, events, retail environments, and pop-ups
- Collaborate closely with 3D designers, project managers, and strategists to deliver conceptually strong, brand-aligned visuals
- Develop brand identities and adapt existing ones for physical experiences
- Produce detailed design layouts, graphic applications, and presentation decks for client approval
- Take ownership of your work from concept to execution, ensuring pixel-perfect delivery
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of proven experience as a 2D Designer, ideally within an experiential, spatial, or event-focused agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand experiences, event graphics, retail design, or similar
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects or SketchUp a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
