Senior Pre Construction Manager

ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER LOOKING FOR A NEW ROLE?

Our client based in Guildford specialise in workplace and commercial design, and are looking to recruit a Senior Interior Designer to join their team.

This role requires a leader to successfully manage the Pre-Construction Managers and the Pre-Construction of multiple projects efficiently and to a high standard.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Costing/ Estimating
• Building contracts, letter of intents (LOI), performance bonds (PB), parent company guarantees (PCG), and insurances.
• Design and Design management
• Building services (MEP&S) design
• Supply chain management, including subconsultants
• Building control
• Landlord, statutory authorities, 3rd party requirements, incumbents
• Programme, risk, and procurement schedules
• Health & safety
• Clients/ client teams
• Presentations
• Pre-construction workbook management

The key skills required for this role are:

• Construction-related degree or HE qualifications
• Quantity Surveying degree or HE qualification
• Trade qualification supported by experience in costing
