We are seeking a Production Assistant to support our production team in managing a variety of projects. This hands-on role involves supporting all stages of event production, from project initiation to on-site delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and managing suppliers
- Administrative support
- Warehouse kit preparation
- Onsite assistance, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies
The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize tasks across multiple projects and work independently and collaboratively. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive individual to gain industry experience and grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination & Administration - Managing quotes, proposals, kit lists, and assisting with budgeting
- Production Support - Assisting with creative schedules, coordinating with crew and venues, equipment prep
- On-site Support - Supporting the production director, problem-solving on-site, representing the company professionally
Experience/Skills:
- Basic AV knowledge (school/college) or AV technician aspiring to advance
- Good IT Skills
- Time Management
- Self-Motivated
- Located in or accessible to South West London
- Strong communication skills
