Accurately enter distributor and dealer orders; maintain internal systems and ensure timely processing Create new dealer accounts and manage onboarding documentation Act as a key point of contact for dealer accounts, supporting their growth and success Conduct outbound calls to nurture dealer relationships and develop new B2B opportunities Support incoming sales calls and customer service escalations as needed Manage product setup for distributor systems and assist with internal work order allocation Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Dealer Engagement Accurately enter distributor and dealer orders; maintain internal systems and ensure timely processing Create new dealer accounts and manage onboarding documentation Act as a key point of contact for dealer accounts, supporting their growth and success Conduct outbound calls to nurture dealer relationships and develop new B2B opportunities Support incoming sales calls and customer service escalations as needed Manage product setup for distributor systems and assist with internal work order allocation Marketing & Content Coordination Support creation and scheduling of social media posts (graphics, captions, engagement) Track and reorder branded merchandise and promotional items (swag) Assist with photo/video content production and coordination for use across channels Help maintain and update our Shopify website, including uploading photos, updating product pages, fitments, and captions Rallies & Brand Events Coordinate and manage brand ambassadors for customer engagement at rallies Attend select rallies to support setup, content creation, and customer experience Capture live event content including product installs, rider testimonials, and tent activity Monitor and manage swag inventory for events and ensure veteran gift program items are in stock Amazon & E-Commerce Administration Enter and track Amazon orders and RMAs Maintain inventory accuracy and update listings as needed on Seller Central Partnership & Licensing Support Generate royalty reports for Mustang’s signature product line partnerships What We’re Looking For: 1+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, or operations support role (consumer goods or power sports a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across departments Bachelor’s degree preferred Occasional travel may be required Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Mustang Motorcycle Products by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Sales Marketing Coordinator” roles.
